Petrossian’s most exotic fish eggs.
Brilliant green, the eggs are seasoned with wasabi, a famously strong flavoured Japanese horseradish. We suggest that you lightly spread the eggs on a mini-blini or a croustissian, accompanied by smoked salmon or scallops.
More than 50 flying fish species are found in each of the world’s major oceans. Measuring 15 to 20cm, their most remarkable feature is their well developed pectoral fins, which enable the fish to take short gliding flights through air, above the surface of the water, in order to escape from predators.
Ingredients: flying fish eggs 70%, herring eggs 30%, fructose, corn syrup, soy sauce, radish extract, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, algae extract, colouring E102 and E133
