Caviar is a rare delicacy that should be enjoyed naturally. We recommend that you serve several types of caviar to provide your guests with a truly memorable experience. Remove the caviar from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. To enhance the taste, place the tin on a bed or shaved of crushed ice and serve with a caviar spoon. What should I drink with my caviar ?
Rinse the palate with a dry alcohol, ideally vodka (for example Petrossian's Premium Vodka), a dry white wine (a Bordeaux white, Cotes de Blayes) or Champagne. The caviar should fill the mouth with its delicate and unsurpassed flavour.
How long can I store caviar ?
Caviar can be stored unopened in the refrigerator for 30 days. Once opened consume caviar in 2 days. We highly recommend that you purchase your caviar without delay.

Once the payment has been completed you will receive a notice of receipt which you should print.

When will my order be prepared ?
When you place an order at Petrossian.co.uk, we will provide a precise shipping date. This is the date your package is prepared. If we do not provide you with a shipping date, we will send the order when the products are ready. Your order will be shipped by a carrier within 24/48 hours.
Orders are prepared on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders which have been placed after 11am Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. These guidelines ensure the quality of freshness.
I want to receive my caviar and salmon before this weekend, is it possible ?
Yes
All our products have at least a one week refrigerated shelf life. We advise that you indicate a Thursday shipping date so you will receive your order Friday morning.

What carrier will deliver my order ?
All orders are shipped priority overnight. We use a variety of carriers (Chronopost, UPS, or couriers, depending upon the destination) to ensure that your order will reach its destination in a timely manner.
In Paris, orders, placed before 12 pm, will be delivered by a courier the same day (by appointment only) (you can also call us at 01 44 11 32 22).
In Europe, orders, placed before 12 pm, are processed the same day and will be delivered within 24/48 hours.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The payment is accepted immediately.
We also accept payment via Paypal.
Payments by cheque are accepted (only cheque in Euros issued from a bank established in France). Please note that orders will be shipped once the cheque has cleared. This can delay your order for up to ten days.
