Our range of farm raised caviars is specially selected for their exceptional quality: Baeri caviar, notably raised in Aquitaine is also known as “French Caviar.”
We equally propose an extraordinary selection of fine delicacies including smoked salmon and fish, foie gras and truffles, flavoured chocolates and teas and coffees and our fine selection of Petrossian vodkas.

Petrossian’s History
In 1920, two Armenian brothers – Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian – founded the company Petrossian unleashing the magic of caviar on Paris, to become the premier Russian caviar buyer and importer worldwide.
Born on the Iranian side of the Caspian Sea and raised on the Russian side, the Petrossian brothers had immigrated to France to resume their studies in medicine and law which had been disrupted during the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917.
During the “Roaring Twenties” exiled Russian royalty, intellectuals and aristocrats were warmly welcomed, and Parisians quickly became enamoured by all things Russian – their arts, their cuisine, Diaghilev, Stravinsky, Kandinsky and Petrossian caviar.
The Petrossian brothers, in collaboration with Cesar Ritz, Place Vendome, created a gastronomic niche that allowed caviar to gain popularity in the Western world.
Petrossian Caviar continues to develop and diversify under the management of its President Armen Petrossian, who continually establishes privileged relationships with the greatest producers in the world.
